The exhibition runs from Friday 29 to Sunday 31 August 2025.
There is a ticketed opening night event, ‘An Evening of Art’, to launch the exhibition on Friday 29 August from 6:30pm to 9:00pm.
General Admission for the exhibition continues over the weekend:
Saturday 30 August: 10am to 4pm
Sunday 31 August: 10am to 3pm

More than 80 artists from across Hawke’s Bay and New Zealand.
There is also a dedicated Emerging Artist section for students aged 10-18.

Yes, all artwork is for sale. We have over 200 pieces included in the exhibition.
Prices range from $85 to $8,500 with much of the art being less than $1,500.

Many artists will be attending the exhibition, especially at our opening night event ‘An Evening of Art’.

Artwork can be collected at the end of the exhibition, on Sunday 31 August between 3pm and 5pm unless otherwise arranged with an exhibition representative.

We kindly ask for a gold coin donation/koha to visit the exhibition during the weekend.
‘An Evening of Art’ opening night tickets are $50pp and include drinks and canapés.

No ticket is required to visit over the weekend.

A glass of bubbles on arrival.
Wine from Trinity Hill Winery, beer, non-alcoholic beverages and canapés.
The chance to bid in our Silent Auction, available exclusively during ‘An evening of Art’ opening night event. Winning bidders can take their item home that evening.

Our opening night event, ‘An Evening of Art’, starts at 6.30pm and ends at 9pm.

We would love you to dress in smart casual attire.

Tickets for ‘An Evening of Art’ are limited, door sales are unlikely.
If tickets are sold out when you go to buy them online, please email hpaevents@hereworth.school.nz to join the waitlist.
Tickets are not required to view the exhibition over the weekend.

Limited parking will be available on the school grounds, with signs indicating designated areas.
If possible, we encourage attendees to park on Te Mata Road and walk to the Sports Centre, as on-site parking is limited.

Yes, the venue is fully accessible.
Mobility parking and a drop-off zone will be available close to the entrance of the Sports Centre for those who need it.

Yes, children are welcome, but they must be supervised at all times.
We encourage families to visit the exhibition with children during the weekend rather than at the opening night event, which is more tailored to adults.

Yes, there will be a coffee cart outside the venue to purchase coffee and sweet treats over the weekend.

Eftpos and Credit card for artwork sales.
We have a raffle and merchandise for sale which can be bought using eftpos and credit card, as well as cash if necessary.
